Shelley moved to Ottawa immediately after graduation to open a practice here in the area she grew up in. She has her formal training in Swedish massage including hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, postural corrections, remedial exercises, sports massage, pre/post natal care and stress relief.

Jackie is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. She registered with the College of Massage Therapists this summer. Throughout the 3yr program at Algonquin, she was trained in several Swedish massage modalities such as myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, remedial home care and various deep tissue techniques. Jackie has also been trained in pre & post-natal massage, neurological conditions such as hemiplegia, bells palsy and Trigeminal neuralgia and sports therapeutic massage for maintenance and rehabilitation.

Jackie is looking forward to growing as a therapist and upgrading her skill base to provide various specialized treatments for her client’s needs

As a massage therapist, Jackie aims for strong therapeutic relationships with trust and security as its foundation. She is a warm-hearted and genuine therapist and believes a holistic approach to healing is means to a successful treatment.


James McBride

James McBride is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College. He is trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and perscribing remedial exercise. James has a particular interest in addressing work-related aches and pains; using deep tissue techniques and injury rehabilitation strategies to help clients restore mobility and function.

Born in Ottawa and raised in Brockville, James returned to the capital after working in the trades, where he developed a passion for helping others recover from the kinds of physical strain he saw every day. His approach is patient-centered and focused on supporting clients in their journey back to a pain-free lifestyle.
