Summary of Professional Experience
Shelley moved to Ottawa immediately after graduation to open a practice here in the town she grew up in. She has her formal training in Swedish massage including hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, postural corrections, remedial exercises and, of course, stress relief. She has additional training in techniques for treating TMJ problems (movement in the Temporo-mandibular Joint or jaw area) and perinatal work to assist in all stages of pregnancy. Her experience ranges from sports massage to aiding recovery and rehabilitation for motor vehicle accidents and other injuries.
Shelleys interests include textile arts and camping. For almost twenty years she has been teaching several subjects, including sewing, cooking and medieval camping.

Summary of Professional Experince:
Tetyana has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 20 years. Aside from working as an MD in the Ukraine, she had been working as a Massage Therapist at her husband's Neurological Clinic which was focused on treatment of headaches ( migraine tension type), Bell's Palsy, Trigeminal Neuralgia, treatment resistant neck and back problems and rehabilitation of injuries of the nervous system. After coming to Canada, Tetyana graduated from the International Academy of Massage.
In her practice she uses a wide variety of techniques, including Swedish Massage, Myofasical Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, The Golgi Tendon Organ Release Technique, Joint Play Technique, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Special European Massage Technique for various face diseases, as well as Hydrotherapy and Remedial Exercises.

Summary of Professional Experience:
Jackie is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. She registered with the College of Massage Therapists this summer. Throughout the 3yr program at Algonquin, she was trained in several Swedish massage modalities such as myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, remedial home care and various deep tissue techniques. Jackie has also been trained in pre & post-natal massage, MVA treatment, neurological conditions such as hemiplegia, bells palsy and Trigeminal neuralgia and sports therapeutic massage for maintenance and rehabilitation.
Jackie is looking forward to growing as a therapist and upgrading her skill base to provide various specialized treatments for her client's needs
